1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inputflow ("the Software") developed by Inputflow OÜ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.

2. License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial projects, including your own projects or client projects, subject to these Terms. This license permits you to utilize the Software to create, develop, and support your own or your clients' websites as long as you comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not: a. Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Software, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. b. License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party, except for incorporation into client websites as part of your normal business operations and projects. c. Reverse engineer or access the Software to build a competitive product or service. d. Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of the Software, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to: a. Provide accurate, current, and complete information. b. Maintain the security of your password and identification. c. Promptly update the registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. d. Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration information.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Refund Policy

The Company offers a 30-day refund policy for the Software. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Software, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please send an email to support@inputflow.io with your name, email and purchase details.

7. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the Software, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet your needs, deliver specific results, be compatible with other software, systems, or services, function without interruptions, meet performance or reliability standards, or be error-free. Furthermore, there are no guarantees that any errors or defects in the Service can or will be corrected.
